i grew up eating japanese food and since moving to seattle, i have cooked european cuisine at several different restaurants, such as luc, harvest vine and book bindery.

during my training, i discovered my fascination of "umami" (旨味), establishing my own culinary style of japanese simplicity and french creativity.

nothing would bring me greater happiness than if through our cooking and service, we are able to provide a glimpse of japanese appeal and convey our love and gratitude to you.
